Right of withdrawal
Consumers are generally entitled to a fourteen-day right of withdrawal.

Withdrawal period
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods (in the case of goods deliveries).

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

To comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notification of your withdrawal from this contract.
We will use the same means of payment for this reimbursement as you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise with you.
You must return the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of your withdrawal from this contract.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal
1. Digital content
The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium, if we have started to perform the contract after you have expressly agreed that we may start to perform the contract before the end of the withdrawal period, and you have confirmed your knowledge that you will lose your right of withdrawal upon the start of performance of the contract.

2. Custom-made products
There is no right of withdrawal for contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer, such as signed print products (e.g. books, photographs or art prints with personal signature), image formats, materials or finishes adapted to customer requirements.
