Right of withdrawal 
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform me (Kristian Liebrand, Steiger-Stein-Str. 4, 44805 Bochum, Germany, info@kristian-liebrand.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory. 

Consequences of withdrawal 
If you withdraw from this contract, I will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by me), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which your notification of withdrawal is received by me. For this repayment, I will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. I may refuse repayment until I have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier. 

Return shipment 
You must return or hand over the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed me of your withdrawal. You will be deemed to have complied with the deadline if you send the goods before the expiry of the period of fourteen days. You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods. 

Compensation for value 
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. 

Exclusion of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to individually manufactured or personalized calendars.
